Training and Experience Count
All of Hartz pest control technicians and certified applicators are licensed through the Texas Department of Agriculture. In order to earn the licenses they have met all of the classroom and on the job training required by the state. In addition, our continuing education program assures every technician and certified applicator is up-to-date on changes in labels, new pest control technology, and new application techniques so that we can provide the best treatment possible with the least impact on the environment.
Industry Involvement
In order to keep up with changes in the industry, pest control products, label changes and changes in the law, we are members of our industry’s associations, Greater Houston Pest Control Association, Texas Pest Control Association, and National Pest Management Association. Hartz Pest Control owner Tom Collier, was the President of the Greater Houston Pest Control Association in 2006 and 2015 President of the Texas Pest Control Association. He has also served on the board of the Texas Pest Control Association in various positions.
